Library Closings Due to Construction

From Monday to Friday, September 13-17, the Local History and Genealogy Room located in the WTVP building at 101 State Street will be closed.

From Monday, November 1 until Monday, December 13, the Main Library will be closed to the public. All other locations will be open.

The Main Library will close daily at 6:00 p.m. beginning
Monday, January 25.

The  Main Library is now operating from the Basement Level. The first and second floors are closed.

Main Library Public Computers are now Internet Express stations. You may use them one time per day for 15 minutes.

All DVDs and Audio Books from Main Library are
now at Lakeview Branch

South Side Branch has closed to the public permanently so the building could be turned over to District 150.

Local History and Genealogy materials are available at our temporary location in the WTVP building at 101 State Street. Open weekdays from 9:00 - 6:00 p.m. Closed Wednesdays, Saturday and Sunday during summer. Open Thursdays until 9:00 p.m.  Phone 309-497-2155 or 309-497-2149.  Click here for a downloadable map.
