The Read On Book Club from Lincoln Branch Library will host “Reaching for New Horizons Pajama Night Read V” at the Par-A-Dice Hotel on Saturday, September 25 with two best-selling authors, Gloria Mallette and Francis Ray.

 Over 1,000 Summer Readers earned a free pass to the Summer Reading party at Peoria Zoo to be held Tuesday, July 27 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The following downloadable audio and ebooks will be added to the Alliance Digital Media Library in June.

Picture Book Picnics, return to Peoria Public Library Lakeview Branch on Tuesdays, June 1,8,15,and 22 from noon to 1:00 p.m. for children ages 3 to 10 and their caregivers on the lawn outside the branch.

The Board of Trustees of the Peoria Public Library is pleased to announce that it has extended the term of the contract of Edward M. Szynaka as Director of the Library for an additional three years.
